Hunting for ducks and geese in Serbia, in the Vojvodina region, 2-3 hours from Belgrade airport and considered one of the best areas for this type of hunting. The activity takes place on lakes covering approximately 800 hectares and on a 6 km long canal, with an average width of 200 meters. Duck hunting is permitted until March 1st, with the best period being between September and March. Goose hunting — pintail and bean goose, hunted mainly in wheat and corn fields — is optimal from December to March.
