Fishing trips in Egypt

Hurghada, on Egypt's Red Sea coast, is one of the main starting points for offshore fishing: deep water close to shore, coral reefs and more than 200 fish species.

On Wildoora you will find trips on local charters with an experienced captain, fishing with jigging and popping and chasing yellowfin tuna, mahi mahi, sailfish, swordfish, amberjack and trevally.

When to go: Egypt

The Red Sea can be fished all year round. For yellowfin tuna the period given in the package runs from January to June, while summer and autumn bring warm water and other targets. In midsummer temperatures often exceed 35 °C and in spring strong winds can blow: the organiser confirms departure depending on conditions.
